How to Order

1. Order via INTERNET:
You can order Online using our safe secure server.

2. Order by PHONE (504)887-5854
Before you call, please fill out our order form and have your credit card number and expiration date handy. Our order form can be found at Order Form
We are open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 5:30pm CDT.

3. Order by MAIL:
Mail orders can be placed with:

  • Personal check
    If sending Payment by Personal Check:
    Include on your check the following information:
    1.)Driver's License Number and Issuing State name.
    2.)Phone Number with Area Code.
    3.)Street,City,and State address.
  • U.S. Money Order
  • Credit card. Include your expiration date and signature. Click for Order Form

  • No COD orders.

    Domestic Shipping Policy

    All in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours.
    If an item is temporary out of stock you will be notified via email.
    Domestic Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. A $2.00 surcharge will be applied to any order shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)to Alaska,Hawaii,Puerto Rico,Virgin Island and Guam.

    Shipping and Handling within the US will be charged as follows
    for small items such as ties,shirts,blouses,caps.
    *For Express Service we can only ship a maximum of 2 hats
    due to dimensional weight imposed by shipping carrier.
    *We do not refund any Express Shipping Charges when the Express Shipment does not reach you due to Adverse Weather Conditions or any other Act of God beyond our control.

    International Shipping Policy

  • For International Purchases (outside of U.S.):
    1.) We ship International Purchases via U.S. Airmail Parcel Post Insured.
    2.) We now offer PAY PAL as a payment option for International Orders to Canada or the United Kingdom. Just email us the items you want to purchase, or fill out the order form, and we will then forward to you an Invoice for payment to PAY PAL.
    3.) Otherwise,in order to process International orders, you must follow our International Order Requirement Guidelines:
    We require the following:
  • A photocopy of your credit card front and back.
  • A memo with your signature giving us authorization to charge your credit card account.
  • The billing address of your credit card.
  • One form of picture identification (drivers license or passport).
  • Your email address.

    4.) For an American Express,or Diner's Credit card,we only need the credit card number

    5.) We are responsible only to ship the items to your country. All custom
    duties,fees,taxes,etc. imposed once the items are in your country are the responsibility
    of the customer.

    Returns and Exchanges

  • Great care has been taken in finding high quality items. We want you to be pleased with your selection. However,if you need a different size or are unhappy with your choice, we will gladly exchange or refund purchase price(excluding shipping and handling).
  • Exception: Parkhurst,Scala/Callanan Ladies Hats,Anglobasque Berets,and Berets may be returned within 5 days of receipt for exchange for credit against future orders only! No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. Hats must be returned in original condition,never worn with all tags attached or otherwise soiled. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
  • Exception: No Refunds or Returns on any Formal Wear or HOLIDAY Merchandise.
  • Exception: Volatile and Corky's Sandals may be returned within 5 days of receipt for exchange or credit against future orders only. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. Volatile and Corky's Sandals that are returned are subject to 15% service charge. Sandals and Rainboots must be returned in original condition, never worn or otherwise soiled, with all tags attached.
  • All claims for returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • An exchange and return label is included with each order. Please package your return carefully. Enclose a copy of the sales invoice and instructions for exchange (size,color,etc). If you did not receive a return label, please email: hatman@shushans.com or call us at (504)887-5854 for return shipping instructions.
  • Returns are accepted provided tags have not been removed and the item is in a new and unused condition.
  • Returns received without authorization label on the outside of the package or packaged improperly will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
  • A 15% service charge will be assessed on any "Free Shipping" return.
  • "ON SALE" or "FINAL SALE" items,and "Refused Deliveries" that are returned will be assessed a 50% restocking fee.
  • Any purchase returned after 30 days without a special authorization code can be assessed a minimum 50% restocking fee.
  • FINAL SALE on all Hat Bands and Accesories.
  • Any purchase of 3 or more items that are returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Damaged and worn merchandise cannot be refunded or replaced.
  • Special Order Items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • All Christmas gift items are exchangeable for merchandise or store credit only. For the Christmas season, our exchange deadline is extended to Janurary 15th.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges.
  • We will charge a re-shipping fee on all exchanges.
  • Contact us immediately if any damage occured in transit.
